This cherry brandy has a special feature: the fully ripe aromatic fruits were pitted on the day of harvest and mashed immediately. After fermentation, it was distilled slowly and rich in aroma. The taste is very fine and fruity and expressive, with a velvety and mild finish.
The classic with cheese fondue.
