Gin "Rose Valley Special

Our Rose Valley Special Gin is a particularly round and harmonious dry gin, characterized by the sweet aromas, of tonka bean, cocoa, juniper and a variety of floral botanicals such as rose, mallow and pomegranate blossom. However, the gin gets its special note from the production with noble pepper from the most remote regions of this world

Aroma:
Mild alcohol, floral sweet aromas, cocoa and tonka bean come out very well, pepper and a fine lemony note round off the gin.

Ingredients:
19 botanicals, floral botanicals such as rose, mallow, pomegranate blossom, tonka bean, noble rare pepper and spices from around the world.

Processing:
Botanicals are macerated in a gentle cold extract, with neutral alcohol carefully distilled beforehand. In the process, the macerate is given plenty of time. Afterwards, the solid components are separated from the liquid ones. The macerate then goes into the still, and fresh botanicals are additionally added to the aroma basket during distillation.

Production process:
Gentle distillation, with additional botanicals during distillation in the aroma basket.

Recommendation:
As an aperitif, pure to enjoy, as a gin and tonic with fruity tonics.
