Our semi-dry honey wine made from regional bee honey combines natural sweetness with noble sophistication. Maturing in ex-whisky barrels allows spicy notes to develop, giving the golden mead an unmistakable depth. An aromatic experience, regional, handmade and with a touch of adventure. A pleasure both hot and cold.
