Of course, our spice blend is also organic and a very special trick. Namely, the mixture consists of - uh, no - we won't tell you at this point. Even a liqueur needs its little secrets. And as if the organic seal were not enough: we may also drink the ginger liqueur with the blessing of vegans. Handmade, as it should be. For our Gingerer, we prepare the ginger by hand. We smell each tuber before it is added to the apple juice and spices in the brew. Attention, here comes the maceration process. What a word.
