We, that is Michael and Dagmar Frangenberg, are and always have been curious, cosmopolitan people with a great desire for pleasure. Through our "actual" jobs, we got many opportunities to taste gins around the world in recent years. An insane variety of tastes, which has made a lasting impression on us! And yet we noticed one thing again and again: With tonic, many types of gin are delicious. Without tonic, very few are. But who likes to drink something that has to be mixed before it tastes good? We don't. And the decision was made. We wanted to try it ourselves. With heart and soul and a lot of passion. To distill a gin that is a real taste experience even neat. "You guys are crazy!" was the reaction of our friends. So finding the name for our gin was quite easy: GINSANITY! But that was just the beginning... We distill our gin in the west of Cologne, in the Braunsfeld district!...
