Leonardo Da Vinci and Andreas Vesal appreciated the outstanding properties of certain herbs for preservation more than five hundred years ago.
Inspired by the historical recipes, we, as two anatomists of the Friedrich Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, have combined in a unique way the flavors of lavender and chamomile with cocoa beans, orange and lime peel, cinnamon, anise and various mints. The result is an exceptional gin that captivates with its unique flavor composition.
