Our Goldhain Black Forest Whisky is matured for 7 years. The single malt whisky is matured for 3 years in a Pinot Noir cask and then a further 3 years in a Kentucky bourbon cask.
To give the whisky its smoky character, it was finished for a whole year in a Laphroaig cask.
