"In the glass, it has a fine, lively mousse and seduces the nose with fresh citrus notes. A harmonious interplay of fine fruit, delicate yeast nuances and a pleasant freshness unfolds on the palate, leading to a clear, sparkling finish.
The cuvée of Chardonnay (53%) and Pinot Noir (47%) is fermented in the bottle using traditional methods - as is customary for great sparkling wines. The combination of these two noble grape varieties ensures structure, elegance and an excellent balance.
