The Graham Beck Cuvée Clive is the best sparkling wine the winery has to offer. The cuvée of Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%) is incredibly elegant and refined and impresses every connoisseur with its perlage. Rich aromas of peach, apricot, apple and citrus fruit unfold on the nose and are wonderfully surrounded by a hint of almonds and light spicy notes. The Graham Beck Cuvée Clive is very complex and long-lasting on the palate. The fruity notes of pomegranate and fresh cranberries are accompanied by spicy tones and the wonderful texture lingers for a long time. After the second fermentation in the bottle, this top-class sparkling wine was left on the lees for another 50 months and is the perfect companion for special moments
