More information about Hanscraft & Co. Bavarian Nice Kazbek Melon

The new beer at Hanscraft & Co. is a Pale Ale. The pale beer has a slim 5.0% alcohol content and is cold-hopped with two different hop varieties. Huell Melon and Kazbek give the pale ale its fruity, fresh character, while wheat malt provides the velvety, smooth mouthfeel.

Bavarian Nice Kazbek Melon flows into the glass in naturally cloudy amber gold and is adorned with a small crown of fine-pored, creamy foam. Olfactorically, the pale ale is emphatically fruity: tangy notes of citrus fruits combine with the aroma of freshly picked berries to form a summery symphony. The palate is caressed by a mild texture and juicy fruity notes. The aromas of sun-ripened orange and sweet strawberry stand out in particular. The latest addition to Hanscraft & Co.'s wide-ranging lineup is a refreshing Pale Ale with soft fruit notes and a summery character.

Thanks to its mild aroma and tangy fruit notes, the Kazbek Melon version of Bavarian Nice pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes. We particularly enjoy drinking this pale pale ale with spicy foods or dishes that contain fruit. We therefore recommend a Thai green curry with snow peas and chicken served with fragrant jasmine rice, and for dessert a mango parfait with honey and caramelized nuts. The beer elegantly balances the spiciness of the curry and particularly emphasizes the fresh fruitiness of the mango.
