More information about Hanscraft & Co. Bavarian Nice Kazbek Melon
The new beer from Hanscraft & Co. is a pale ale. The pale ale has a slim 5.0% alcohol content and is cold-hopped with two different hop varieties. Huell Melon and Kazbek give the pale ale its fruity-fresh character, while the wheat malt provides the velvety-soft mouthfeel.
Bayerisch Nizza Kazbek Melon flows into the glass in naturally cloudy amber gold and is adorned with a small crown of fine-pored, creamy foam. The aroma of the pale ale is decidedly fruity: tangy notes of citrus fruits combine with the aroma of freshly picked berries to create a summery symphony. The first sip caresses the palate with a mild texture and juicy fruit notes. The aromas of sun-ripened orange and sweet strawberry are particularly striking. The latest addition to Hanscraft & Co.'s wide range is a refreshing pale ale with soft fruity notes and a summery character.
Thanks to its mild aroma and tangy fruit notes, the Kazbek melon version of Bayerisch Nizza goes wonderfully with a variety of dishes. We particularly like to drink the pale pale ale with spicy dishes or dishes containing fruit. We therefore recommend a green Thai curry with sugar snaps and chicken with fragrant jasmine rice and a mango parfait with honey and caramelized nuts for dessert. The beer elegantly balances out the spiciness of the curry and emphasizes the fresh fruitiness of the mango.
