The Herencia de Plata product line, which also includes a multi-award-winning coffee liqueur, has such a special taste thanks to its special barrel ageing that in 2002 the President of Mexico, Vicente Fox, had this tequila served at dinner with Queen Elizabeth II on the occasion of his visit to London.
The entire production process in the heart of Guadalajara runs largely on solar power and is to be completely converted to solar power in 3 years at the latest. Incidentally, this Tequila Blanco forms the basis for the Herencia de Plata coffee liqueur.
