More information about Hofstettner Ganscha
Hemp has an incomparable fragrance We are not only referring to the aroma of burning flowers, but also to the fresh plant Even in the cutting stage, hemp exudes a beguiling scent that attracts bees and all kinds of other insects The terpenes it contains are responsible for the olfactory feast, which repel pests and attract pollinators and other beneficial insects:Inside the Hofstettner brewery feel magically attracted to it During a walk across the extensive hemp fields of the Austrian farm Königsblüte, master brewer Peter Krammerer and beer sommelier Karl Schiffner were so inspired that they immediately began tinkering with the recipe for another hemp beer
In order to transport maximum flavor into the brew, hemp flour was thrown into the kettle alongside CBD flowers of the Purple Star variety This variety ensures an intense cannabis note in the beer, which goes perfectly with the fine tartness The yolk-yellow beer presents a strong yeast veil in the glass and is crowned with a good amount of flowery white foam The aroma and taste are characterized by floral hints, notes of freshly cut herbs, nutty elements, elegant hops and dominant hemp
The creation is aptly named Ganscha - the Austrian version of the Indian term ganja - and is perfect for anyone who wants to consume cannabis legally
