The Hausberg Gin No.3 is a berry-hot gin with the key botanicals raspberry, orange blossom and red pepper (41.4% vol. Alk.). The raspberry and other fruits give the gin a pleasant sweetness, the orange blossom provides a floral note and the red pepper provides a spicy finish.
Like all our products, Hausberg Gin No.3 is handcrafted in Germany. Downgraded to drinking strength, this gin is made with soft spring water filtered through low-lime rock.
This gin is a distilled gin. All botanicals are individually pre-distilled to keep quality high and flavor variation small, with no artificial flavors or sugar added.
Awarded the gold medal as the best German gin in the category "Signature Botanicals" at the World Gin Awards 2021 in London. Awarded Bronze at the Craft Spirits Festival in Berlin 2021 in the category "New Western Style Gin".
