This is a dark roasted 100% Arabica single origin espresso. This 100% organic Arabica coffee is traditionally grown and harvested by the indigenous people at an altitude of 1400 to 1600 meters. The "Inca Dark Beans" are full-bodied with strong roasted aromas, a slight hint of cocoa and little acidity. In addition to the classic espresso, very good for making lungo, ristretto and capuccino
