Midnight London Dry Gin

Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of Midnight London Dry Gin, an incomparable creation that tells the story of a shattered pocket watch and the magic of midnight. This gin experience takes you into the world of Paolo, a co-founder of Imagine Spirits, who discovered and acquired an old pocket watch during a trip to London over two decades ago. In the last moments before midnight, he returned to his hostel and struggled in vain to wind the watch. But shortly after midnight, the watch stopped forever.

Since then, this pocket watch has accompanied Paolo, and its spiritual character gave the new gin the name Midnight London Dry Gin. This distillate weaves the essence of the day - soft and floral - with the exotic and spicy flavors of the night.

Imagine Spirits has created a full-bodied and complex Mediterranean gin distilled by gentle steam infusion. Twelve botanicals each represent the hours of the day. The first distillate, "the day," features juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, orris root, cubeb pepper, grains of paradise, monk's pepper, bitter orange blossom, grapefruit peel, lemon peel, lavender flowers and almonds.

The second distillate, "the night", consists of juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, orris root, olive leaves, sage, pine nuts, chamomile flowers, cocoa, sandalwood, vanilla and pink pepper. These two distillates are combined after distillation and aged for another 24 days at the Istrian Boutique Distillery until bottled.

The result is Midnight London Dry Gin - a Mediterranean, full-bodied gin with no additives. Perfect for elegant martini cocktails or characterful negronis.

Only recently Paolo managed to get the old pocket watch repaired. The watchmaker confirmed its age of an impressive 120 years, and it remains a unique testimony of time.
