In Istrien, unweit des Meeres, zwischen den malerischen Orten Vrsar und Rovinj, umgeben von Olivenhainen und Weinbergen, haben wir unsere Destillerie errichtet - unter Einhaltung höchster Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Nachhaltigkeitsstandards. Wir setzen auf Solarenergie als Hauptenergiequelle für unsere Brennerei und verzichten vollständig auf fossile Brennstoffe im Produktionsprozess. Fast alle unserer Zutaten sind BIO-zertifiziert und stammen aus der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Einige wie Lavendelblüten, ernten wir sogar selbst in unserem eigenen Garten.
