Ginger

All organic. And it's vegan, too.

Fresh organic ginger, naturally cloudy organic apple juice and organic raw cane sugar. Any more organic and you'd have to pick it. Of course, our spice blend is also organic and a very special trick. Namely, the mixture consists of - uh, no - we won't tell you at this point. Even a liqueur needs its little secrets.
And as if the organic seal were not enough: we may also drink the ginger liqueur with the blessing of vegans.

Handmade, as it should be.

For our Gingerer, we prepare the ginger by hand. We smell each tuber before it is added to the apple juice and spices in the brew. Attention, here comes the maceration process. What a word. The brew stays in the quality spirit until the ginger thinks, "Plant cell, open up!" And bang, it spreads its wonderful aroma. After bottling, we close each bottle individually and manually. Mindfulness instead of an assembly line.

What else does Ginger do?

We bring together diverse cultures in our liqueur - and we don't stop there, even after work. Because we are actively involved in promoting culture. Especially for music projects. Why? Music is also a means of enjoyment that has brought people together for centuries. And we want to keep it that way.
