More information about Fennario IPA
The Jackalope brewery has chosen a legendary band from Palo Alto, California, as the godfather of its West Coast IPA and created a beer based on one of their best-known songs. As we listen, we are transported for a few exciting moments into the eerie depths of the forest that bears the name Fennario. In the gloomy thicket, eerie creatures roam, the most terrifying of which is the wolf. The long, hard winter has emaciated him and he searches for his next prey with a growling stomach. Once it has picked up the scent, there is no hope for its victim. The musicians have wrapped this spooky story in gentle sounds, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed beer.
Fennario brings an impressive 7.2% alcohol content to the table and is flavored with Centennial, Amarillo and Simcoe hops. However, the green gold not only provides the great taste, but also a hefty 74 bitter units. This massive bitterness is accompanied by tangy citrus notes, spicy herbal hints, pine resin and a fruity sweetness, but undoubtedly takes center stage.
Fennario is the right choice for those who can't get enough of delicious hops and have already accustomed their taste buds to the crisp bitterness of modern IPAs. Enjoy it, hopheads!
