With the non-alcoholic mulled punch "Cuvée d'Hiver", the Jörg Geiger manufactory presents a special winter creation that combines French wine tradition with Swabian craftsmanship.
Based on dealcoholized Bordeaux wines (Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon) and cider pears, the result is a full-bodied, fruity punch with aromatic depth - inspired by classic mulled wine, but completely alcohol-free.
Aromas of apple, red berries, elderberry, rosehip and sour cherry meet wintry spices such as cinnamon, cardamom and star anise. Herbs and flowers harmoniously round off the flavor profile. The palate has a velvety structure with a spicy note.
Best enjoyed slightly warm - perfect for cozy winter evenings, festive occasions or as an alcohol-free alternative to mulled wine.

The orchard meadows are not only beautiful places full of old and large trees, they also offer a variety of different plant species, shrubs and flowers. In the manufactory, we like to take this diversity into consideration and combine it, for example, with our non-alcoholic PriSeccos. Swabian fruit varieties that are centuries old, woodruff, juniper, meadowsweet or yarrow - all these products of nature are dependent on time and place. This is particularly well understood when picking meadow fruit harvested by variety. The work in the manufactory also allows us to experience directly that the old varieties are a precious commodity and the space in which they grow is something very special.
