Our single-variety apple brandy is one of the classics of German noble fruit brandies. For the production of the fruit brandy we use the popular old apple variety Kaiser Wilhelm, harvested to the point from our own meadow orchard. The gentle double distillation produces a mild alcohol with the strong aroma from ripe apples.

Ingredients:
Apples, harvested to the point by us, from regional home gardens and our own orchard.
Processing:
The fully ripe fruits are processed directly after harvest and gently cold fermented.
