And the minimal percentages are tempting, as they guarantee the full flavor, the brewers at Kehrwieder use a special yeast that cannot ferment the malt sugar It enables a completely normal brewing process without producing alcohol The aromatic Simcoe and Mosaic hop varieties, in addition to the yeast and the residual alcohol, ensure a wonderfully full-bodied taste
