These are the main ingredients of Layover Premium Gin Gate B45 (Barrel Aged)
The incomparable taste of our Layover gin varieties is the result of carefully selected ingredients. We pay attention not only to their quality, but also to their origin. Sustainable cultivation is just as important to us. But what makes up the taste of our Layover Gin Gate B45 Barrel Aged?
Juniper berry
Without the juniper berry, it would not be possible to buy cheap gin online. It is found in every type of gin, as this drink owes not only its name but also its unique taste to this inconspicuous medicinal plant.
Cocoa bean
Delicate chocolate melting on the tongue gives feelings of happiness. How could our gin varieties have missed out on this pleasure? The cocoa bean skilfully rounds off the ingredients of Layover Gin and triggers true vacation euphoria!
Barrel aged
Our Layover Gate B45 gets its unique color from the 4-6 months of barrel aging in a Barbados rum barrel. The toasting of the barrel and the rum stored in it give the gin its perfection. You can taste the typical Barbados rum notes in this special gin. Aromas of honey, coconut, caramel and passion fruit caress your palate. Add to this the soft notes of American oak.

Layover Bottles & Spirits
My godfather runs a small distillery on Lake Constance, which has been in the family for many generations. For a long time, I thought about creating my own gin for friends and colleagues from our fine spirits. But I knew that I could never have done this on my own. So with the help of family members, friends and acquaintances, I set out on my gin adventure in March 2021. We were determined to make a special gin that reflected my passion for flying. As a pilot, I have the privilege of getting to know many beautiful places along with their scents and delicacies. And so our German Gins Layover was born: a name that both creates wanderlust and does justice to its taste. To my surprise, it was so well received that we soon expanded production!
