Le Tribute Gin - a Spanish premium gin is causing a stir. The botanicals juniper, kumpquat, lime, mandarin, cardamom, lemongrass and other citrus fruits are distilled individually. The gin comes from the MG distillery in Spain, south of Barcelona.
Le Tribute Gin is a dry gin with a strong citrus and juniper aroma. It is dry in the mouth with strong notes of citrus fruits and juniper. The fine Le Tribute Gin comes from Vilanova in Spain.
The family-run MG Destilería is located near Barcelona and spent two whole years working on the perfect recipe for its spirit. In the end, it contains juniper, grapefruit, lemon, kumquat, cardamom, mandarin and lemongrass. Each ingredient is individually macerated and distilled and then married with the initial distillate of wheat alcohol in a second distillation process. However, water is used instead of alcohol when macerating the lemongrass.
Le Tribute Gin - taste
Le Tribute G in has an incomparable taste. On opening the beautiful turquoise blue bottle, the nose is surrounded by intense aromas of citrus fruits and juniper berries. As suspected in the nosing, it has a refreshing lemon note that does not overpower the taste of juniper. The mandarin gives the finish a faint sweetness.
