These spiral noodles are made with fine Franconian walnut flour (10%). The wholemeal spelt semolina and durum wheat semolina comes from the Winklermühle mill in Middle Franconia, which sources the grain from the region. The cooking time is approx. 12-15 minutes. The recyclable packaging has an organic plastic window.
