More information about Marder cornelian cherry brandy
Cornelian cherry is also known as "Dogwood", "Dirndl" or "Dürlitzen".
It is one of the first plants that bloom in the spring, but ripen in late autumn. Shape and color resemble rosehip, and have an elongated, pointed stone. The brandy is highly aromatic, but has little in common with the traditionally known cherry varieties. It has a very intense floral aroma on the nose, and also convinces on the palate with a powerful, multilayered and pronounced play of fruit.
