More information about Marten plum brandy
The plums are mostly late domestic plums and come from the mountain villages in our area. These plums, and to some extent the large plums, are not as visually beautiful as the newer cultivated varieties, but have a very nice aroma.
The plum brandy shows a delicate fresh aroma with subtle candy and cinnamon notes. The palate is full-bodied and strong with a long finish. A product which is drunk with pleasure also in the coffee.

Where the fruit allows, pure brandies are produced. Up to 20 kilograms of fruit are used for one bottle of distillate. Our assortment includes about 40 different brandies and some liqueurs made from berries, wild fruits, stone fruits, pome fruits, marc and beer.
