More information about mettermalt® Coffee Gin
The mettermalt® Gin -Wildbader Bohne- is a small batch special edition of the fesslermill1396 distillery.
The gin consists of a proprietary herbal blend of the fesslermill1396 distillery, which was refined together with Wildbader coffee beans from the coffee manufactory Bad Wildbad.
Together with the Sersheim natural spring water from alwa®, the herbal blend and the beans are slowly distilled in the still over several floors of the distillation column. The long distillation time particularly highlights the fine herbal flavor. Each gin is neatly bottled and labeled by hand. Pure manual labor to create a top class product. The mettermalt® Wildbader Bohne Gin meets the highest quality standards and is therefore a distilled London Dry Gin. A German Gin Made in Germany, produced in an environmentally friendly way using our own hydroelectric power. In 2021 at the state award of Baden-Württemberg, it was awarded gold.
The gin can be drunk neat or with tonic water, as a gin and tonic.

Even the grandfathers had their own fruit processed into fine distillates or produced excellent apple and pear cider in the cellar of the Fessler Mill. For 50 years, the master millers of the Fessler Mill themselves and selected farmers of the region have been cultivating and processing special and distinctive types of grain such as Bauerländer Spelz, oats, rye or spelt.
