Minister Gin is a Polish gin based on a distillate from the Van Life New England IPA brewed in the Minister brewery in Poznan. A unique recipe based on a mixture of high-proof beer and juniper schnapps.
The aroma is very juniper-based and dominates here, but after a while pleasant citrus notes and a hint of hops come in. Surprisingly mild, mineral taste - you can feel a lot of grapefruit and juniper. The finish has a hint of hops and a mineral aftertaste.
As a Polish gin, this drink is not only an interesting experience for the taste buds, but also for those for whom the aesthetics of the product are important. The bottle and the unique label are a feast for the eyes and the senses.

We've been running the Brewery Department in Poznań for years and know our way around beer pretty well. A beer distillate is, of course, a different story. Everyone told us the same thing - the distillation process and its quality are crucial. After a long search, we finally found the right address in Murowana Goślina. There we met Krzysztof Ima - a legendary man who has not only many years of experience in premium distilling, but also a high-quality distillery - Ima Distillery. The process took a long time because we were constantly looking for improvements and quality assurance. We tried different approaches, discarded parts and kept reorienting ourselves until we finally came to the result we are all satisfied with.
