Minister is a distillate of Van Life beer with a Hazy American IPA profile, brewed in the Minister brewery in Poznań. A successful combination of beer and craft distillate with a strong hop aroma, combined with dried fruit and even hemp notes.
A spirit with a dense, hoppy and refreshing taste. You can smell citrus and dried fruit. Finish with bitterness, hops and sour fruits.

We've been running the Brewery Department in Poznań for years and know our way around beer pretty well. A beer distillate is, of course, a different story. Everyone told us the same thing - the distillation process and its quality are crucial. After a long search, we finally found the right address in Murowana Goślina. There we met Krzysztof Ima - a legendary man who has not only many years of experience in premium distilling, but also a high-quality distillery - Ima Distillery. The process took a long time because we were constantly looking for improvements and quality assurance. We tried different approaches, discarded parts and kept reorienting ourselves until we finally came to the result we are all satisfied with.
