More information about Miodonka Barrel Aged Honey Vodka
A new edition of Miodonka Flavoured Vodka based on blossom honey, already known among fans of the Jakob Haberfeld spirits brand. This time Miodonka was aged for almost six months in Laphroaig whisky barrels and in dark Musko beer barrels from NOOK Brewery.
Miodonka Barrel Aged has a delicate aroma, but more expressive than the original. One senses peaty notes, honey notes, some smoke, dark chocolate praline, a little plum and coffee. The sweetness of the honey dominates the palate, followed by some smoke and finally dark chocolate, and chocolate raisins. The smoke stays with us in the finish, which also contains some nut and cocoa.
An interesting experience for the senses. Liqueur "in a masculine way". A surprising drink.

Jakob Haberfeld
Haberfeld family vodkas and liqueurs are unique. They have been produced in the same steam factory in Oświęcim for more than 140 years, which gives them an incomparable taste. Their history is closely connected with Poland and Oświęcim and promises a success story. The factory was founded in 1804 and successfully developed until the Second World War. This was followed by the tragic occupation period, which overshadowed the further fate of the family. However, without the personal commitment of Mirosław Ganobis, a friend of the Haberfeld family, a local social worker and a lover of Oświęcim's history, the brand would probably not have survived. Thanks to him, the museum was opened on the site of the former steam factory and the production of vodkas and liqueurs resumed.
