The brewers at Dutch brewery Gebrouwen Door Vrouwen are fans of the mango and have therefore made the fruit the star of their latest creation Misty Mango is a delicious New England IPA that combines the exotic taste of the mango with other tropical fruits Natural mango aroma and the hop varieties Citra and Galaxy are responsible for the fruit explosion The full fruitiness of the green gold was coaxed out of the mango using dry hopping, NEIPA nevertheless has 43 bittering units, which are an excellent match for the juicy mango, peach, pineapple and citrus notes Malted oats as well as barley and wheat malt bring a nice cloudiness to the beer and form a texture that we would describe as grippy and creamy
