For the Monster Party series, a glorious trio of three breweries have joined forces The brewers from Analog, Unverhopft and Gorilla Cervecería Berlin have combined forces to brew three different beers, all of which are characterized by their enormous hop intensity
Episode one of the series is a Single Hop India Pale Ale, whose glamorous protagonist is the Simcoe hop variety The green gold grows on the sunlit slopes of the Yakima Valley and is cultivated by the skillful farmers of Yakima Chief The beer is both brewed with Simcoe and cold-hopped In the end, we have a fruity beer that is stuffed to the brim with juicy hop notes
The first example of the Monster Party Series flows into the glass in a densely cloudy egg yolk and adorns itself with a large crown of airy white foam The exuberant hop party already starts in the nose: A festive convolute of tropical fruits, stone fruit, light malt and citrus notes introduces the festivities Thanks to the aromas of ripe apricots and peaches, the first sip is a delight Lemon fizz, mango, kiwi, tangerine, white grapes, herbs and notes of pine resin gradually join in and harmoniously round off the flavor profile
