Varietal noble spirit of South American ginger.
Fruity, spicy, and yet somehow earthy - that's how you can describe the taste of ginger with a clear conscience. We were fascinated by this exciting combination of flavors - and so we macerated fresh, organic South American ginger with alcohol for several weeks. The subsequent gentle distillation allowed us to bring out all the freshness and almost citrusy bouquet of this special root and concentrate it into a particularly dense, but also complex spirit - with almost no spiciness. Pure ginger!
