Single-variety noble spirit from South American ginger
Fruity and spicy, yet somehow earthy - that's how you can describe the taste of ginger with a clear conscience. We were fascinated by this exciting combination of flavors - and so we macerated fresh, organic South American ginger with alcohol for several weeks. The subsequent gentle distillation process allowed us to bring out the full freshness and almost lemony bouquet of this special root and concentrate it into a particularly dense yet complex spirit - with almost no spiciness. Pure ginger!
