The power of the essential oils in its peel combined with the refreshing sweet and bitter flesh of the fruit make mandarins a highly interesting starting product for a distillate. For us, a spirit made from this fruit, which is part of our everyday life like hardly any other, was the logical continuation of our work with oranges, blood oranges and cedros. Gently macerated and carefully distilled, the result is a tangerine spirit full of character, strong and mild at the same time. A taste full of exciting counterpoints.
