Single-variety noble spirit from Sicilian organic cedros.
It is also known as the "queen of lemons" - the mighty citron, also known as the cedro in Italy. Its power lies mainly inside the peel, the white, soft part that surrounds the flesh. Our cedros are grown in Sicily, at the foot of Mount Etna, where the climatic conditions give them their light, summery aroma: a fine tartness paired with tangy, fresh citrus notes that our spirit transports wonderfully and that delight the palate for a long time. Truly royal.
