Who is behind MUNDART® Syrup?

I always wanted to create something of my own, my own business, where I could gain experience in a variety of fields, experience enriching encounters as well as live out my full passion. My own desire to create exceptional syrups for myself quickly turned into a stall at the weekly market to test my varieties and before I knew it, my small business was growing and growing. Since 2016, I've been carrying the message and my syrup to the world, and I'm always actively supported by my family and friends.

What does MUNDART® Syrup stand for?

As a startup from Mannheim, Germany, we stand for essences with variety, special ingredients, and no frills like flavorings, colorings, and preservatives. In this sense, as a local premium manufacturer, we stand for originality through the consistent combination of only 2 ingredients each, i.e. selected fruit or vegetable juices with herbs, flowers or teas - and thus set the identity of both components in a new scene.

During production, great importance is attached to a high juice content. The sugar content is kept to a minimum in order to achieve the desired shelf life. When opened, the syrup will keep for a long time, i.e. several months, in the refrigerator. Due to the unconditional renunciation of flavors, high juice content and extraction of the flower, herb or tea flavors in the infusion process directly in the juice, the syrups are intense and can therefore score with their high yield compared to the products in the supermarket. In dilutions up to 1:10, you still have a clear, refreshing taste. The possibility of greater dilution also means that the specific sugar content is lower compared to other products. In the end, however, the mixing ratio is of course always a matter of taste.

Creating new varieties is always a lot of fun - in the process, the kitchen becomes a battlefield and everyone has to try! Right down to the last detail, we tweak the ingredients and the exact blend.

We meet very grateful customers at our tastings and events. Receiving positive feedback from them and seeing how it tastes is always a huge incentive for me and everyone who supports me.
