More information about 500 Miles
For this creation, the Munich Brew Mafia team brought their Polish colleagues from the Pivovsky brewery on board With combined forces and concentrated beer knowledge, the resourceful brewers have brewed a beer that connects countries and breaks down borders: 500 Miles is a New England IPA that is packed to the brim with hops
We recommend this beer to anyone who wants to try out the hop-intensive world of IPAs but is afraid of the high bittering levels 500 Miles presents the full hop palette without being overly bitter Instead, the NEIPA presents a great range of fruity hop notes, ranging from tart grapefruit to exotic mango and juicy passion fruit through to ripe, yellow stone fruit The bitterness is of course not completely absent, but rather accompanies the fruity-fresh interplay of aromas like a harmonious undertone and never becomes intrusive at any time
With a pleasant 6.0% alcohol content, NEIPA is definitely one of the drinkable candidates
The creamy fruit bomb is brewed with the hop varieties Mosaic, Ariana and Oktawia and tastes excellent with cheese dishes of all kinds Our favorite with 500 Miles is homemade spaetzle with a spicy mixture of mountain cheese and cheddar, topped with fried onions, fresh chives and a generous dollop of sour cream
