Chestnut Bread Sesame Organic Bread Mix

This variety is characterized by its mild nutty and slightly sweet taste due to the sesame.

Sesame is one of the foods richest in calcium and thus supports the development of joints, bones, cartilage, teeth and muscles - including the heart muscles.

However, the decisive factor is the bioavailability of calcium in the body, i.e. the amount that is absorbed by the body at all, and this is where sesame comes up trumps - it has very good bioavailability.

Thus, it is a welcome source of calcium for us. It is also a good source of zinc, selenium, vitamin A, vitamin B1, B2 and B3.

The chestnut flour gives the bread its dark color and adds juiciness.

Suitable for toasting and freezing.

The baked bread can be kept for at least 7 days if properly stored.

Storage: since the bread is very juicy, it must not be packed airtight. Therefore we recommend: Storage in a linen or cotton bag or directly or wrapped with baking paper in a bread box.

One bread baking mix yields one loaf of bread weighing about 620 g. One package contains 360 g of bread baking mix.
