Good things take time. Sounds trite, but it's true! That's why we allow our gin to mature for several months and give the ingredients plenty of time to gently develop their full flavor.

Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water: Essential oils of flowers, fruits and herbs, such as lemon thyme and rosemary from the Mediterranean coast and the highest quality quinine from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, combine to create a harmonious aromatic composition. The result is a uniquely delicate and floral tonic water that was initially intended to be mixed with premium vodka varieties, but also goes perfectly with gin varieties with citrus and herbal notes.

Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic: This exciting and mild version of tonic water impresses with a unique composition of Mediterranean and local flavors. Rosemary, juniper, bay leaf and tarragon meet sloe, elderberry and spruce needle, giving the Botanical Tonic its unmistakable character. The harmonious floral, herbal and fruity notes perfectly complement the slight bitterness of the quinine. The result is a particularly mild, floral and herbal tonic that is wonderfully refreshing and perfect for light, floral gin & tonics.

Wir sind stolz darauf, als saarländische Feinkostmanufaktur bekannt zu sein – sei es für unseren leckeren Senf oder unseren (vielleicht) besten Gin!
