Good things take time. Sounds trite, but it's true! That's why we allow our gin to mature for several months and give the ingredients plenty of time to gently develop their full flavor.
And this is how it tastes in words:

So stammt unser Honig von unseren eigenen Streuobstwiesen, da uns Regionalität wichtiger ist als das BIO-Siegel. Kurze Transportwege und umweltfreundliche Produktion sind für uns oft entscheidend. Seit dem Kauf einer traditionellen Senfmühle im Jahr 2019 können wir die gesamte Produktion, vom Senfkorn bis zum fertigen Produkt, nach unseren hohen Standards kontrollieren. Wir sind stolz darauf, als saarländische Feinkostmanufaktur bekannt zu sein – sei es für unseren leckeren Senf oder unseren (vielleicht) besten Gin!
