No 925 Apothecary's ginger liqueur

Watch out for the spiciness! Anyone who has ever drunk pure ginger juice knows what we are talking about. This was ultimately the biggest challenge when composing this liqueur, namely achieving a balance between the spiciness of the juice and the sweetness of the sugar syrup. We achieved this by using our own distilled ginger spirit, which has a good portion of ginger flavors in it, as well as a ginger tea made with our very soft water to bring it down to drinking strength.

The ginger flavors from three different sources combine to create an exceptional liqueur specialty that is second to none. True to our quality standards, this liqueur, like all our products, is produced without the addition of flavorings or colorings. Only the natural ingredients of the raw materials used (ginger juice, distillate and tea) give this characterful liqueur its typical aroma, taste and color. A difference to industrial mass-produced goods that you can smell and taste!

We make every effort to ensure that you can recognize the products we create for you by their smell and taste without having to read the name on the label first. That's why we don't use harsh filtration, which removes all suspended matter, but unfortunately also important flavor components. So if you notice a slight sediment after some storage time, this is not a quality defect but, on the contrary, a deliberate indication that the bottle needs to be shaken before pouring!
