Odette - West Coast Double IPA

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our lovely Odette. It is dressed in elegant white and features simple lettering and a zoological drawing showing various birds in their natural habitat Odette was created by two breweries: Atelier Vrai, formerly known as Atelier der Braukünste, sat down with its colleagues and friends from Flügge to design this elegant beer creation

The aim of the collaboration was to create a beer that stands out from the classic India Pale Ale: The bittering units of modern IPAs have reached dizzying heights in recent years - Odette sets a mild, fruity and moderately bitter sign against this excess The Kveik Double Westcoast IPA will turn your head with a strong 8.0 % alcohol content and beguiles with a sensual, and a skillful balance between juicy fruit, tart hops, spicy malt and subtle sweetness The dominant flavor notes are grapefruit and other citrus fruits alongside the unmistakable Norwegian Kveik yeast

Odette has a twin: Odil comes from the same brew, but is flavored with other hop varieties The counterpart to our lovely Odette is brewed with Simcoe, Idaho Gem and Centennial Although the remaining ingredients are exactly the same, the two beers differ significantly We have a favorite - do you?
