WHAT IS A BÖRCH, PLEASE?
The thirst quencher with birch juice!
In spring, the juice is sustainably and gently tapped from the birch tree, fermented for 21 days and then bottled with love. Thus, our invigorating Börches are much more than just a good alternative to soft drinks!
ÖselBirch is BIO, with reduced sugar content, with antioxidants such as manganese, traces of vitamins and minerals - and most importantly: very refreshing and delicious!
Thanks to fermentation, birch juice contains lactic acid bacteria, which are not only beneficial for digestion, but also give a unique flavor bouquet.

"SAUER": BIO Fermented birch juice with lactic acid bacteria.
Ingredients: Fermented birch juice with lactic acid bacteria* (100%).

"MINTY": BIO fermented birch juice with lactic acid bacteria and peppermint.
Ingredients: Fermented birch juice* (93%), raw sugar*, lime juice*, peppermint*, carbonic acid.
Average nutritional values per 100ml: calorific value 71kJ / 17 kcal; carbohydrates 4,3g; of which sugar 4,3g; contains minor amount of fat, saturated fat, protein, salt.
"RHABARBIE": BIO fermented birch drink with lactic acid bacteria and rhubarb.
Ingredients: Water, fermented birch juice* (30%), rhubarb juice* (17%), sugar*, aronia juice*, carbonic acid.
