The Original Leipziger Gose flows into the glass in an almost clear, sunshine-yellow golden hue and forms a volatile head of foam A wonderfully spicy aroma rises from the white fluff, reminiscent of freshly chopped coriander, A hint of salt gives the aroma a surprisingly pleasant savory note The taste follows the olfactory first impression on the foot and presents a soft malty beer that tastes wonderfully sour A hint of citrus fruit mixes with a hint of salt, the coriander has its big appearance in the finish
