OVII Apple Brandy is a fine distillate made from the traditional Polish fruit. Produced in the distillery Drake, which specializes in the production of spirits based on the best orchards in Wielkopolska. The method of distillation (maceration of whole fruits for several days and their double distillation) finally eliminates particles containing heavy metals and unpleasant fusel substances. About 16 kg of fruit are used per bottle. No flavors, colorings or flavor enhancers are added to OVII apple brandy.
This spirit has a refreshing aroma of fresh green apple peel, which meets a bitter stone fruit taste.
Not only in taste, but also in appearance, OVII Apple Brandy is an attractive Polish craft spirit.
A light spirit, good for warm evenings.
