OVII Apple Brandy is a fine distillate made from the traditional Polish fruit. Produced in the Drake distillery, which specializes in the production of spirits based on the best orchards in Wielkopolska. The method of distillation (maceration of whole fruits for several days and their double distillation) finally eliminates particles containing heavy metals and unpleasant fusel substances. Around 16 kg of fruit is used per bottle. No flavorings, colorings or flavor enhancers are added to OVII apple brandy.
This spirit has a refreshing aroma of fresh green apple peel that meets a bitter stone fruit flavor.
The OVII apple brandy is an attractive Polish craft spirit, not only in terms of taste but also visually.
A light spirit, good for warm evenings.
