The distillery decided to use the rare ingredient of elderflowers and made the entire spirit based on them - by distilling and macerating the whole flowers.
Gaist elderflower distillate has a pleasant, intense, floral and fruity aroma. The taste is dry and delicate with a floral and fruity finish. This alcohol will surprise many experienced tasters. However, it is also suitable for socializing with family and friends.
