Pegelturm Gin - Neuwied London Dry Gin

Pegelturm founder Umut Eskiocak: "We worked long and hard on this gin and in the end we bottled a great London Dry Gin. The recipe comes from my kitchen. I personally brought the ingredients to the distillery. It was important to me that the botanicals were wrapped in paper. The rosemary came straight from the pot. Even though I am the distributor, the distillation took place at the Birkenbeil fruit farm. I really liked the Birkenbeil family right from the start. They live their profession and distil with heart and passion. When it came to the botanicals, it was important to me that they were all of the highest quality. The citrus fruits were sourced from the region. The distillery uses green electricity. These are the little things that make Neuwieder Pegelturm Gin stand out. The label reflects the landmarks of Neuwied. The inside label was painted by hand. It is intended to reflect the districts of Neuwied. 1.00 per bottle sold goes to the butterfly park in Sayn and to the cinema in Neuwied. The Pegelturm is not only from Neuwied, but also for Neuwied!"
