This exceptional spirit is made from wines with a low alcohol content and high total acidity. Distillation takes place immediately after the end of the fermentation process, without adding sulphur dioxide.
The spirit then matures for 12 years in barrique barrels and is then slowly diluted with deionized water until it finally reaches an alcohol concentration of around 40%.
Amber in color, with fruity aromas and notes of honey and vanilla. Due to the long ageing in barrique barrels, this brandy has an intense flavor and a soft tannin structure.
