This exceptional spirit is made from wines that have a low alcohol content and high total acidity. Distillation takes place immediately after completion of the fermentation process, without adding sulfur dioxide.
The spirit is then aged for 12 years in barrique barrels and then slowly diluted with deionized water until it finally settles to a level of about 40% alcohol concentration.
Amber in color, with fruity aromas and notes of honey and vanilla. Due to the long aging in barrique barrels, this brandy brings an intense flavor and a soft tannic structure.
