With its great aroma of ripe lemons and orange peel, paired with toasted brioche, caramel and vanilla, the elegant Quoin Rock Black Series Chardonnay will wrap every white wine fan around its finger from the very first moment. Yellow fruit notes caress the palate and are surrounded by mineral tones. The fresh acidity and long-lasting, soft texture ensure a balanced mouthfeel. The complex white wine matured for ten months in a combination of stainless steel tanks, concrete eggs and French oak, followed by one year in the bottle. The Quoin Rock Black Series Chardonnay is therefore a treat for the palate on its own, but it is also the ideal accompaniment to seafood dishes or a delicious curry.
