The Riga Black Balsam XO is a high-quality blend of the Riga Black Balsam herbal semi-bitter and a high-quality French brandy.
This was matured for a full eight years in oak barrels. The taste of Riga Black Balsam XO combines pleasant bitter notes of tart herbs with a fruity sweetness. The brandy gives the XO a soft character and a velvety body.
The complex aroma combines nuances of black pepper with sweet notes of caramel, ripe fruit and a hint of wood aroma. The result is an incomparably round and full-bodied taste experience.
